Disneyland Paris! Day Three, part three.

We last left off after being stranded and lost in Paris and having Uber rescue us. By the time we got back to Disneyland, it was already past 6pm. We went back to our hotel just long enough to freshen up, then headed in to the parks. Noah wanted to try the Five Guys burgers, because why try something that we don't have in the United States. We walked through Downtown Disney to get to Five Guys. Downtown Disney Paris is pretty much identical to California, but smaller than the one in Florida.

We got to Five Guys and it was pretty empty. People looked at the menu and walked away. It had just opened, so I think Europeans just weren't sure what the place was.

The kids gave the food a thumbs up! Photobomb by Alex.

With full bellies, we headed to Disneyland.

Lines were pretty long, but we did manage to get on a few rides. Disneyland Paris manages to be familiar, yet so unfamiliar at the same time. Rides are slightly different, or totally new to us. And of course the obvious language difference. We loved hearing French on the rides.

Back to our favorite ride, Phantom Manor!

We did some souvenir shopping and were a bit disappointed because they didn't have very many items that were exclusive to Paris. Oh well. At that point, we were getting tired, so decided to head back to the hotel.

One of the great things about Disneyland Paris is this hidden walkway that will allow you to bypass the crowds on Main Street.

On our way back to the hotel, we had to buy some cotton candy. It was bigger than Nik's head!

Just how many steps did we take in Paris on this very long day? 23,000. While in Europe, we never took less than 20,000 steps a day.

We placed our heads on pillows that night, totally in awe of such an amazing city, and vowing to come back some day. Tomorrow...London calling!
