Do or do not. There is no try.

In the words of  Yoda, "Do or do not. There is no try." We embrace that in this house. Living in a home with 2 children living with autism, things can be challenging. But we always live our lives and experience all that we can. And we work hard at encouraging the boys to reach deep inside and overcome their disability.

We don't just try something. We either do it, or we don't. Whatever we do, we always work on providing as many experiences for our children. Sometimes it is a thing of beauty, other times it ends in a kid having a major meltdown. But we did it, our kids are better for it, and that is all that matters.

It is never a dull moment in this house. There are times when I  can laugh so hard, that it triggers an asthma attack. And there are times when I am brought to my knees in tears. But it is never a dull moment. And I feel compelled to write about it. So here goes nothing.
